Job Description

Job Purpose To fulfil their obligations to ensure the safety and security of organisation and employees.


Key Roles-


1. Develop Safety and Security Policies

a. Create and implement safety and security policies and programs within a company.

b. Ensure that all security personnel are trained in these policies.

2. Coordinate Safety Activities

a. Responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained in how to respond in emergency and crisis situations.

b. Conduct training sessions and run drills so that employees know what to do in case of fire, or other emergencies.

3. Assess Physical Security and Safety Risks

a. minimize or eliminate safety and security mishaps by assessing risks and developing programs and plans to address these issues.


Key Skills

a) should possess strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

b) They should be strong leaders and team players who can also work independently as needed. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential, as Security Managers must convey policies and plans to staff and employees.

c) Integrating safety and security policies with business operations

d) Evaluating safety and security plans for effectiveness

e) Building and managing emergency response teams

f) Conducting risk audits and assessments

g) Overseeing security investigations

h) Should be well versed with electronic security measure and centralised monitoring methods

Note-

1.The desired person must be from CISF/CRPF with the rank of Commandant/Asst 2.Commandant at the tile of exit.

3.Must be at the maximum age of 45.
