Job Role:
  1. Possess good organizational and time management skills
  2. Should be capable of managing Guests, vendors
  3. Should be capable ofhandling front office activities independently
  4. Punctual and ability to perform tasks independently
  5. Good coordination and relationship building skills
  6. Effective written and verbal communication skills
  7. Extensive knowledge of handling EPBAX
  8. Skilled in major computer applications related to work like Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the Internet
  9. Ability to perform tasks under pressure
  10. Knowledge of Handling FOREX
  11. Maintaining records of outgoing & incoming couriers
  12. Organizing conference meeting for Managing Director & Senior Management
  13. Coordinating with all other office for daily operations
  14. Regular follow ups with company vendors with different requirements like employee id cards, visiting cards etc
  15. Maintaining the outgoing & incoming Mail Register
  16. Ordering stationary & pantry items on monthly basis
  17. Maintaining records of vendors challans, bills & cheques
  18. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area at the time
