Job description:
1.To develop new product/ variant: conduct sensory sessions to understand taste preferences, develop product formulations as per market requirement, ensure statutory compliance, Develop product variants to meet cost targets, To co-ordinate commercial plant trials, , Documentation of PD Trials.

2.Source material / make or buy decision to achieve planned material cost, Basic understanding of raw materials, Develop and manage Suppliers, To ensure quality of products. To set appropriate process at suppliers end to ensure consistent product quality

3.Quality Assurance of the existing product range

4.Product Scale-up Executions: Pilot and lab trials for initial product screening .Plant trials for the selected initiatives . Support development of testing protocols for ongoing analysis and track shelf life of a product. Co-Packers facility visits

Requisite Qualification and Experience
Essential Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology
2 years of relevant experience in Product Development or QA/ QC or production in a Food manufacturing Industry
